NXLED Launches Its First LightLab Academy Roadshow 2025 Across Luzon
NXLED successfully conducted its first-ever LightLab Academy Roadshow 2025, a milestone training initiative designed to strengthen product mastery and elevate the technical expertise of its retail managers, disers, and sales staff. Led by Joe D’ Mango, the program followed the Train the Trainers approach, ensuring that participants are not only equipped with knowledge but are also empowered to train their respective teams nationwide.
The roadshow covered three key locations in Luzon. The first leg was held at The Biopolis, Pasay City on November 21 and November 24, followed by the second leg on November 25 in Clark, Angeles, Pampanga, and the final session on November 26 in Batangas. Each training stop gathered Nxled retail managers, disers, and sales staff who actively participated in product discussions, hands on demonstrations, and technical deep dives.
